✔️ Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔️ Exchange Process: Customers must provide the original invoice and return the item to our store or courier it back at their own expense.
✔️ Product Availability: If the desired item for exchange is unavailable, customers can choose an alternative product of equal value.

- Customized or altered items
- Items purchased on sale or promotions
Return Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. However, returns are accepted in cases of:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received
